Secretary's Day

Origin

This celebration has its origin in the president of the Executive Secretariats of Mexico, María Luisa Rodríguez, instituted this date in the year 1960. At first the "Secretary's Day" was celebrated on December 3, later it was changed to July 24 and finally the “Third Wednesday of the month of July” was chosen.
