Shipment
To avoid delays make sure you have done the following:
- Make sure you give the correct shipping information.
- Correctly select the shipping rate.
- That the shipment is within the delivery area.
If you omitted any information or payment, contact the branch to make the necessary adjustments.
If the shipping data does not correspond to the shipping rate, the order will be void.
If your order was created originating from Facebook and you did not select a delivery date and time. It will be necessary to call the desired delivery branch to schedule home or branch delivery.
If the delivery person does not find anyone at home:
- The person who placed the order will be called to notify them.
- The arrangement will be returned to the branch to be picked up by the customer. that same day during branch hours.
- If you do not collect, you will only have a credit of 50% of the value for a future purchase of the same price.
- Any forwarding request will generate an extra cost assigned by the branch.

Payments
If your form of payment is in CASH and for SAME DAY delivery (Oxxo, Elektra, Western Union, Compropago, etc.) it is REQUIRED that the buyer:

- If the payment is made through Western Union or Money Gram, please verify that your payment was processed through the following Wester Union or Money Gram links.
It is important to note that if the payment is made with little notice or is not reported, it will be taken with a delivery time of 3 hours from the moment it is reported.

Home delivery will be made within the specified hours of your order.
