EL MODELO DE NEGOCIOS DE LAS FRANQUICIAS EN MEXICO

In Mexico, the franchise business model generated a 6% growth in sales in 2016.

In addition, the Mexican Franchise Association (AMF) stated that the franchise sector is made up of 22% of restaurant and food brands.

The franchise business is in great demand, within a broad market such as restaurants. The hotel and food sector have become a bet that offers a commercial guarantee and financial stability, especially if we talk about investing in a franchise. "Since franchises are a proven model, the level of risk and the learning curve are lower," says Héctor Alcázar, marketing director of Alcázar y Compañía.
